Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Alphard Group account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital authorization code.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the package for faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
